Cash or transfer?
Cash on the spot is the default. Quick, simple, no app needed. For phones over $1,000 we ask to use PayID or bank transfer instead (safer for both of us than carrying that much cash around). You can also pick PayID for any pickup if you prefer the paper trail. We'll confirm method on the day.
Where in Melbourne do you come?
Anywhere within roughly 30 minutes' drive of the CBD. Further out, drop us a line first. We can sometimes do further trips for higher-value phones.
Is the online quote final?
Yes, if your phone matches what you told us. We confirm with a 5-minute inspection at your door: matches your description, you get exactly the quoted number. If something's different, we explain the gap on the spot before anything happens, and you can walk away anytime, free.
How do you decide the price?
We track live Melbourne market data daily and adjust for your phone's exact specs and condition. Fair, market-tested, no lowballing. We lock the quote in for 7 days so the number you see is the number we pay.
My phone's cracked and a bit beaten up. Still worth something?
Definitely. Cracked screens, scratches, dents and dodgy cameras or buttons all get priced separately in the quote form, and it adjusts live as you tick them. The one catch: we can't take a phone that won't power on, sits under 80% battery health, or has had non-Apple parts fitted.
Is my data safe?
Sign out of iCloud / Google / Samsung before we arrive. We factory-reset on the spot in front of you as a backstop. We never access your data. We don't need to.
Do you provide a receipt?
Yes, automatic email after pickup with IMEI and transaction reference. Happy to issue a tax invoice (ABN registered) if you need one.
Can I sell more than one phone at once?
Absolutely. Book each one separately and we'll combine the pickup. Bulk lots (5+ phones) get a separate price quote, just contact us first.
